The Kingdom’s government is keen to provide the highest level of services that are provided to citizens and residents, including the services provided by the Ministry of Justice. In order to contribute to achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and the most important (Prompt Justice Principle), and considering that the speedy completion of litigation is a right granted to those who resort to justice. In addition to developing electronic services and abbreviating many steps that extend the length of litigation, to recently get final cases within three months only, but, we are looking forward to empowering women by enabling them to become a judge and undersecretary. We also look forward to seeing them as members of the judicial inspection; and by speaking of judicial inspection; the Ministry of Justice is completely keen on the integrity of the judiciary without prejudice to its independence. Including but not limited to the services provided by the Ministry, and anyone can be consulted them (Judicial Indicators Service). This service is provided to specialists and is an advanced electronic service that includes data and statistics that reflect the reality of work in the courts and the offices of notaries public in all transparency of the society by publishing open judicial data. This service aims at measuring performance, following the reality of work and contributing to the appropriate decision-making, and can be accessed through the Foreign Ministry portal. It is possible to follow the proportions of cases received and completed, the number of daily cases, average periods of completion of cases, follow deadlines for cases, follow the fulfillment of requests for completion and amounts, and follow the work of various notaries public.

2- Implementation of international provisions:

The issue of implementation of international provisions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is receiving attention, which is based on compliance with international conventions and treaties. Article (11) of the implementation system stipulates this in addition to the principle of reciprocity. The article restricted the Applicant to implement the international judgment in its implementation that the litigants in the lawsuit in which the judgment was issued, were assigned to attend, properly represented, able to defend themselves, and that the judgment or order became final according to the court rules that issued it. Most importantly, the provision to be implemented requires that it does not conflict with a judgment or order issued in the same matter by a competent judicial authority in the Kingdom, and that the judgment or order does not contain anything that violates the provisions of public system in the Kingdom.

3- Implementing provisions between the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council:

Cooperation is more general and comprehensive than cooperation in implementation, but cooperation is achieved through litigation, as the Saudi judge disagreed with a judge in one of the Cooperation Council States to hold a hearing for the statements of witnesses, for example. 4- Nature of Saudi judiciary

The judiciary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a legitimate judiciary through which Islamic law rules, as well as its independence, and judges are appointed and promoted in the judicial branch by royal decree based on a decision of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary.

5- Talk about my experience:

About me, the road before me was not furnished with flowers and I still seek to develop myself professionally, but I am very proud that God chose me for their nation, this titans profession, in addition to my colleagues in the profession and me, we were getting a great moral support from my good government, but this does not pave the way and does not humble the difficulties. The age of our legal profession is generally 30 years old. For the Saudi female lawyer, the legal age for her does not exceed six years, so she is locked in the honest competition with her colleagues, who preceded her with difficulty until the fields are open for her to prove herself.
